Leslie L. Bost

FOUNDER, SPIRITUAL DIRECTOR & COMMUNITY BUILDER

Leslie lives a Nomadic life with her husband and 4 children. Currently, living in France and Mexico. She is a human being who deeply cares about the connection with our children, our world, and most importantly the connection to ourselves. She believes that if we nourish ourselves from within, with loving self-care on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level, we will become the change we want to see.

The origin of her story into healing started after much trauma, abuse, abandonment, adoption, eating disorders, deep depression, multiple miscarriages, complicated pregnancies, NICU babies, and all of the challenges that these experiences bring to a marriage and parenting. This journey brought her to healing through mindfulness, meditation, therapy, compassion, and ultimately conscious parenting with Dr. Shefali Tsabary, trauma-informed work with Dr. Gabor Mate, Spiritual Psychology with Suzi Lula, Intuitive Intelligence with Ricci-Jane Adams, Transcendental Meditation (TM), Accountability holder of The Presence Process, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Timeline Therapy, Liberation Coach, and most recently a Masters in Conscious Parenting with Yvonne Laborde and Post-Grad in Spiritual Direction.

This process of liberation and study has allowed her to develop a methodology by which she guides others, creating Sabios Parenting. Currently, she with her husband Juan are building a family healing retreat center & community named Casa Damara, in Pescadero, Mexico alongside their children.

With experience in event planning and her methodology, she has led retreats in places like Los Cabos, Mexico, San Francisco and France. Her goal is to guide overwhelmed humans, parents, and coaches to tap into their inner power and intuition, create compassionate inner-connection, while acknowledging their God nature, and navigate life so they can better understand their triggers, patterns, and beliefs to better connect with their loved ones in presence.

Juan Diaz Rivera

FOUNDER & DEVELOPER

Juan is a visionary real estate developer with a rich legacy in land development and hospitality, spanning three generations in the Cabo San Lucas area. He has been involved in many groundbreaking projects throughout his career. He played a key role in conceiving and developing projects such as what is now the Waldorf Astoria Cabo, 1 Homes Preview in Cabo and The Mountain Club, in addition to leading the Pedregal Group of companies for over 14 years.

Despite his professional successes, Juan’s path to personal growth was forged through a deeply transformative journey. After hitting a low point with depression and a near marriage failure, he dove into self-discovery alongside his wife of 24 years, Leslie, undertaking extensive healing work that reshaped every aspect of his life—from his relationships with friends and family to his approach to development.

Certified in Soul Care Coaching by Suzi Lula, Transcendental Meditation (TM), Breathwave, and most recently, with a Master’s in Conscious Parenting with Yvonne Laborde, Juan’s work is focused on developing Casa Damara and on guiding other fathers on their own journeys of self-exploration and growth. His approach is grounded in the belief that his role is not to provide answers, but to support others in asking the questions that can transform their paths as men and parents.

This journey of deep healing and transformation inspired Juan to combine his passion for real estate with his newfound purpose in family connection. Alongside his wife Leslie, and their children, Juan is now developing and co-creating Casa Damara, a Conscious Family Community in Pescadero, Mexico, where families can thrive, connect, and grow together.

Our Children

Our children Juan Emilio, Jeronimo, Luisa & Julian have guided the way towards this Movement in Conscious Family Living.  They are our greatest and wisest teachers on this path and through their development, growth and the observation of their needs and wants we are directed to look within, to re-assess our priorities, acknowledge our programs, patters and our past models for living. They guide us to unblock all the walls we have build between us and unconditional love. Always bringing curiosity so that we can come back to our inherent joy, ability to play and be in presence. We are so grateful for our children’s inputs and ideas on this project, and the inspiration they have spurred in us and the entire collaboration team.

ADC

Agrihood Design Collaborative (ADC) is a network dedicated to co-creating regenerative communities that reconnect people with nature. Our mission is to demonstrate that it is possible to live abundantly while healing the Earth, designing homes that produce more resources than they consume and fostering a lifestyle in harmony with the environment.

Our vision is to become the global network that redefines the concept of progress, transforming 10,000 hectares of degraded land into productive agrihoods by 2030 and transitioning 1% of the urban population to this model by 2050.

Guided by radical regeneration, self-sufficiency, and functional beauty, our values include treating the Earth as a partner, promoting transparency, designing for multiple species, and teaching ecological literacy.

We work in collaboration with landowners and investors to create resilient communities where regenerative agriculture, natural building, water features, organic gardens, and eco-sustainable landscaping are integrated into a single living system. Since 2010, we have developed projects that combine passion, nature, and teamwork, generating collective well-being and leaving a legacy for future generations.

JSa – Aisha Ballesteros, Benedikt Fahlbusch, Javier Sánchez

JSa is an architecture studio founded in 1996 by Mexican architect Javier Sánchez (b. 1969), with urban acupuncture as a vision to conceive comprehensive architectural interventions that contribute to the reconversion, rehabilitation and
restoration of the urban fabric.

Today, partners Aisha Ballesteros (b. Mexico, 1978) and Benedikt Fahlbusch (b. Germany, 1976) —alongside Sánchez— are the core of the practice. And together lead a team of 50+ architects, designers, urbanists and engineers based in Mexico City, and a secondary studio in Lima, Peru overseen by Irvine Torres (Puerto Rico, 1974).

Stemming from the French tradition of the atelier, the studio approaches design as a collective process immersed in a continuous cycle of research, urban approximation, architectural project, value proposal and adaptability to the ever-evolving social,
urban and environmental challenges. Perceiving each project as an opportunity to foster sustainable environments, enhance the collective quality of life, and support the continuous rehabilitation of the urban fabric.

With this philosophy, the studio gained early international recognition through a series of influential projects in the Roma and Condesa neighborhoods, catalyzing the renewal of central areas in Mexico City during the mid-1990s.

Since then, and over the past three decades, JSa’s practice has evolved organically into a broader scope, encompassing: the recovery of heritage and promotion of culture; the conception of unique hospitality experiences; the development and integration of sustainable solutions; the design of multidisciplinary community and workspaces, and the continuous exploration of housing as the foundation of the urban ecosystem.

The studio’s diverse portfolio of over 180 built projects in Mexico, South America and Europe includes recent noteworthy residential developments like Pedre (2022) and the Juan de la Barrera Complex (2022), cultural institutions like the Juan Soriano Contemporary Art Museum (2018), internationally renown restaurants such as Pujol (2017) and Ticuí (2023), community workspaces like the headquarters for the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (2020), enthusiastic adaptive reuse endeavors like The Ice
Factory (2023), sustainability innovation projects like the Rain Harvest Home (2020); and touristic resorts like Naya (2023) and Volga Hotel (2023).

JSa has been commended by more than 130 national and international awards, including the Golden Lion of the Venice Architecture Biennale (2006), the Gold Medal of the National Biennial of Mexican Architecture (2020), the Best New Global Design
Citation by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design (2007), the First International Prize of the Pan-American Architecture Biennale of Quito (2012), and a Housing Award by the American Institute of Architects (2022). And their work has been published by international outlets such as Domus, The New York Times, The Architectural Review, The Plan, Dwell, Wallpaper*, Architect Magazine, Summa+, Elle Decor, Arquitectura Viva, among others.
